Not perfect homebrew-refilter?

When brewing, there was some contact with the powder and the scale. It was mostly on aluminum foil, but some touched the scale (which I wiped with alcohol, but obviously is still not sterile).

Also, the beaker was cleaned and rinsed many times, but only baked at 400 for 20 minutes or so. Should have been 1 hour.

So, some mistakes....

Filtered through 0.2 nm whatman and no problems there: directly into pre-sealed sterile vial.

Should I filter a second time into new vials or I am OK?

As long as the solution whent through the filter directly into the sterile vial, you should be okay.
