I’ve had an account on here for a while and made a few posts way back so I figured I’d just do a new intro since it’s been a few years
Got sloppy and even stopped lifting for a while but I’ve been consistent the last year. Bulked too hard at first and went from 155 up to 195 (I’m only 5’5) with a lot of fat, and currently I’m sitting at about 185 after a very successful recomp. Ran tren for a bit and now I’m in a health phase to get my blood markers back. Blood pressure is under control again, I’m just waiting on cholesterol and hoping the added cardio and grapefruit seed extract reel my hematocrit in.
I am just waiting to get my test levels back after running at 250 the last 4 weeks. Probably going to drop to 125 (my trt dose) any day now. Once those come in I will post all my results in the bloodwork forum.
