Not such a pain in the butt

I guess I was inspired by that geezer in his seventies on that tv program who was doing his own test shot in the butt. I've been injecting quads for over a year and figured it was time to try other sites. Had a little trouble seeing bubbles on the aspiration and then rotating my hand for the plunge, but everything went ok. Actually, no pain--more like the sensation of a sub q.

There is no way I could get around there with my back your in good shape. So if I can I let the good looking Nurse at my Dr.'s do it. My cost is $1.49.

guess those yoga classes are seeing some results!

I just got started back in the gym working out 3 days a week and walking everyday for an hour. They have class's on Yoga at the place I work out at and am thinking about taking them this winter.
