Not training on cycle

I usually take about a week off from lifting about every 12-16 weeks and it has been a while since I have taken off and I have become sicjk of going to the gym, but I am in mid cycle. I was wondering if any of you guys take a week off or anything from training even while on the gear. I have a bout 4-5 weeks left of prop/tren/winny and dropping the tren this week. DO you guys think it would be okay to take a week off and just do cardio about 3-5 times and not lift? Thanks
 
Absolutely. As long as you've been training consistently for a good time period prior to the week off, it's fine. Probably a good idea even. I've taken a week off during a cycle and have come back stronger and fuller because my body actually needed the rest so bad.
 
Cool, thanks for the input guys, looks like I will be taking this week off...hell yes. Do you think I should eat the same?
 
you probably dont have to eat as much since you are not working out but i wouldnt drop my calories by to much. also if it were me id keep my protein intake just as high as when lifting.
 
Keep you calories the same...

but to be quite honest....i would not take a whole week off..i would just work out light for 2 weeks...

or split it up taking 3 days off between each workout....but that is just me...

i am sure you will be fine taking a week of, like the bros said above rest is good...

ive been taking every other day off because i got burnt out , i feel even stronger then i did before , its great
