Welcome, but how are you a super heavy weight? Your off season weight is 220 and the cut off for a heavy weight is 224.8lbs stage weight

Hey brother, thank you. And I figured someone would ask. I am currently sick, I have been for about a week. I’ve lost a shit ton of weight this week. Every time I try to eat I can’t keep it down. To be exact I am actually at like 222.3lbs right now. I should be about 238-240 right now. Being sick fucking sucks.

Mindless work. The legend. Yeah you’re dang right they do brother.
Especially today was supposed to be leg day with some deads and a few squats. Guess a deload doesn't hurt and I'll be able to pull some decent numbers later this week hopefully. I have been getting back into deadlifts again despite my shitty back...managed a single at 365lbs a week ago.

I hear ya man. Yeah I beat my self up when I miss a day at the gym. But in the long run with as much as we work out, sometimes it is good to have a few days straight to recover. You always come back better and stronger than you were before
