I was wondering what kind joint relief everybody else gets with Npp/Deca?
I am just about nine weeks into my current cycle of test e @ 750 mg and NPP @ 600 mg of each per week.
I am really having a hard time with my left elbow/forearm. It has been a recurring problem over the past three years.
The main culprit being on my pull days of back and biceps.
I think my CNS have also taken a beating.
I have not really deloaded since my last cycle. I have been working out six days a week on top of snowbording twice every week, while working two jobs and trying to spend time with my girl.

Now my whole body is sore all the time!
I am not getting the proper sleep I need and I kinda feel like shit.
Took three days off in a row from the gym thinking that might help. Then I went back two days in a row but that's all I could do.
I'm sore as shit again and exhausted.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
Oh and I am only running 2 g of adex per week so I don't think my e2 is to low in fact it might actually be running a little high.
Lol, I have been feeling a little emotional/depressed as of late which for me is usually a sign my E is climbing.

If your diet is on point I would lean toward you not getting enough rest. I felt like I had just done some cardio reading your initial post where you listed your activities, geez!

I have experienced joint relief with less NPP than you are running. My guess is your body needs some rest, especially your elbow. Been there, done that and hated it as well.

I have no doubt the gear is legit!
Up to this point it's been great cycle besides what's going on now. My only side was having a hard time finishing with my girl even though my labido is strong from the test.
It's still frustrating.

Size and strength are nice.
Maybe to much strength with to much volume, my body is saying fuck off!

Truth is I do feel a little under the weather. No cough or sore throat.
More like bad allergies, shortness of breath and lethargy.

Taking time off sucks!:(
Anybody have any good results with anything like tb 500 for inflammation?

I'm having the opposite results at lower doses. 525 each Prop and NPP per week. I feel great and DOMS is a near impossibility. I do take Curcumin for its anti inflammatory properties and I have made sleep a priority. A deload may be just what the doctor ordered

Not enough rest or over training was my first thought.

Sounds like u need more rest to me. snowboarding really takes a lot out of you especially with 6 days of lifting and no enough sleep. a day off the gym to catch up on sleep is a must when your body is telling u that u need it
