Numbness in tips of fingers

It's a nerve problem. They'll do some different physical tests on you and perhaps a nerve conduction study. If it's bad enough they'll recommend surgery.

Carpal tunnel is one type of problem, and the other has to do with the ulnar nerve than runs under your elbow. Can't remember what it's called. Don't put the surgery off if they recommend it. I put mine off for years and now that I had it in good as new and wish I'd done it sooner.

Which surgery did you have and how much downtime did it require afterwards before you could lift again?

Carpal tunnel, both hands at the same time. Was back to work 3 weeks later. I have a physical job so I had to get a release with no restrictions.

Lifting was a couple months. Easiest way to sum it up is the pain will limit what you can do. You can still do stuff, it just hurts. Doctor told me the more I worked my hands the faster recovery is.

I run tren e for 4 mos (16 weeks) all the time. To my understanding, it's pretty standard to run it 12-16 weeks as long as your liver/blood values are in check
No, it's far from standard actually. 10 weeks on tren is about the max you want to run, and even that is pushing it

I appreciate the feedback.

I'll eventually get mine looked at since I'm not sure if it's carpal tunnel syndrome or a compressed ulnar nerve. It's not causing any problems at work - I also work a very physically demanding job - or in the gym, so I'm not too concerned about it right now. If I start having chronic issues, I'd probably opt for surgery as a last resort.

Just on this board? I feel like every log I read everywhere else is a somewhat lower dose for 4 months. 300-500, is preferred over the higher dose 8-12 duration

Tren has gone from 40-60mg eod for 6 weeks to 100mg eod for 8-10 wks, to nowadays people using 500+ a week for several months on end. In the 90's hitting 75-100mg every other day was more than optimal.

I always say to look at the diminishing returns from it. As with most anabolic, you begin to taper off after 8 weeks on them. People say that compounds like deca and eq are a waste at just 8 weeks also, but I disagree. If you ever take a look at older cycles, even pro cycles, they constantly changed compounds every 4 weeks or so. And they looked phenomenal come show time.
