Numerous questions....

Greetings all. Let's get right to it...i'm 34, in good shape. I haven't used any gear in about ten years, so i'm experienced. Back then though, I didn't have any guidance about training....used gear, don't think i worked hard enough..was disappointed with my gains. Well, gonna 'gear' back up...starting a 5-600mg/wk EQ alone cycle. Now, here's the deal....isn't it common knowledge that with gear, you can work each muscle group twice as hard? I mean, isn't that one of the benefits of aas, greatly improved recovery time? I shouldn't be worried about overtraining, right? (unless, of course, I work 30 sets every day!). Working each muscle group HARD twice a week would not constitute overtraining, am I right? I want to go into this and get the greatest amount of gains possible. the 5x5 program I read about in here? (pretty good), or the hypertrophy workout? My stats: 34 old, 210lbs, been lifting for years, (naturally for the last ten). any input here would be greatly appreciated. also, with my 5-600mg/wk EQ, how does 10 weeks on sound? what would be the right amount of "off" time? 2 weeks then 10 on again?
After this cycle, I was thinking of starting a 4-500mg/wk EQ+25mg/day DBOL cycle for 5 weeks on/ ? weeks off. Input? I've heard the 2 stack great together. WEll, i'll leave it at that for now. Thanks in advance for the input. Peace!

OK,

1) Why 600mg of EQ alone? Man, test should always be the base of your cycle. You not planning on having a hard on for awhile?

2) 2 weeks off is nowhere near sufficient since EQ has an ultra long half life (around 2 weeks if I remember correctly - though I'm not a drug guru anymore). You would need more like 2 month off for complete recovery.

3) That said, if you are going to stick with EQ only, then I would just run it for 16-20 weeks or so. add dbol when you want and run it 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

4) You can't work twice as hard on gear, but you recovery is dramatically increased. I would have to know your weightlifting stats (how much you full squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press, etc.) to figure out which program is best for you.

I haven't heard until now that EQ had any negative effect on libido, or any effect at all. What test would you recommend then instead of eQ? Stats: squat:300, deadlift:265(weak, i know), bench:275. overhead:165. overall, pretty plain jane and average strength. looking for as much strength and mass as possible. didn't start deadlifting until about 2 months ago. so please educate me on the eq/no sexual drive thing. Alternative: test enenthate(sp) please help because i don't know. Thanks MASS
