I haven't been making shit for gains lately. I've decided to revamp my diet. And start feeding my body the calories it deserves. Im just having a hard time putting away all this bland food. I know we all endure a bit of torture eating the foods in the quantities we do. But there has to be a better way. Do any of you guys have suggestions on some healthy methods you use to make endless bland meals of chicken and veggies taste better lol? I'd love to hear any feedback.

bro, Google is your friend :) recipes out the ass for meats! Also, do you buy yours in bulk? Would save you money so you can spend that extra money on things to make the meat taste better

Bold flavors. Go to your supermarket and grab yourself a whole bunch of different spices. Garlic, chipotle, chili, powders... Grab a big bottle of olive oil as well or something simiar, I'm playing with coconut oil lately. Go kinda nuts and then throw it on your chicken with some of that oil. Keep on mixing it up.

Only thing to keep in mind is sodium, which is something I personally keep an eye on because it's really in everything and can add up.

Well all my meals are usually pretty clean except 1, which isn't too bad. For one of my meals I do a giant 8 ounze 90/10 lean burger with cheddar cheese and very little ketchup. All my other meals are plane baked chicken with low sodium hot sauce.

Variety brotha! Keep changing recipes, if you aren't much of a cook then take some classes or watch some youtube videos or something and figure it out. There is a thousand different ways to cook chicken, figure out a few of them and rotate. Rotate spices as well, use cayenne and onion one week and do lemon pepper snd garlic the next. You got it brah.

Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 2 slice turkey bacon, 2 slice wheat bread
Meal 2 - 25g protein shake
Meal 3 - 8 oz 90/10 lean burger, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4 - Pre workout - 25g protein shake
Meal 5 - Post workout - 1 scoop Optimum Mass Weight Gainer
Meal 6 - 8 oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 7 - 50mg protein shake right before bed

Comes out to around 3,600 calories with around 280-290 g protein, 340 g carbs, 100g fat

I lucked into some discontinued store brand tuna fish bought like 20 cans half off. Another healthy option of chicken try fish or shrimp low in fat and good source of protein.. I keep track of my diet with this app on my phone "myfitnesspal". Set ur goals and stick to them.

My suggestion is if you're not getting the calories you need, throw in some junk here and there. Don't be afraid of pizza or a big juicy burger once in a while.

I've started eating a ton of chicken over the last few months and got burned out on it quick. I was just marinating and grilling it.

Now I switch between grilling and sautéing on the stove. One week I'll use garlic and rosemary, the next week fresh peppers, different spices each week. Variety has helped break the monotony.

OP- I feel you. Definitely had to switch it up some. Started getting creative with my food preps. Lol
