Is it necessary to eat 3600-4000 calories on your off days (whether you're on a cycle or not)? considering you're not active and won't burn off the excess calories...
won't you get fat?
While I was on my cycle I was eating 3600-4000 a day...now that I'm off I'm trying to keep up with that same amount of cal. intake but I'm not sure if it's needed and I don't want to start getting fat if I eat 3600 cal./day if I'm not working out.
