In the tri-state NJ area, does anybody know of a good nutritionist / trainer? I already know how to get in great shape as I am lean (almost six pack, veins showing on legs, hams separation seen) and 173 lb at 5'4. I am 39 years old and on low dose HRT. I mentions this as I have many technical questions to ask related to my protocol and how my diet will affect my training. I am lookin to be very lean at 170lb and be able to maintain it with energy to do training.
I feel to attain my goal I have to drop around 10lb of fat and put on 7lb of muscle. This may not sound like much but since I am already advanced it is a bitch.
