Damn I don't have fb [emoji36]!!!

I don't judge anyone that's trying skinny fat tall short, but someone that tries to be something they are not gets under my skin. I lifted for years and stopped due to life, but I'm not ashamed to post pictures of myself before and after... Hell I still have a long way to go. I just hate the guys living in the past, own what you got, living in the past will only bring you down.
 
I keep hoping he'll come back out and play. I do not wish to take it there but I will. As you can see Im holding all the cards now and could easily have already ruined him. Truth be told is that we both share the same disease and I know what he's going through on a much larger scale then hopefully he ever will. Looking through his FB really did depress me. He's done one hell of a beating to his self this year from the looks of it. I hope he's done. @Nitrust what say you? Do you wish to be choked you out like Connor and Holmes was last night? I will make it quick if you do.

Thank you. I still have some respect for you or I would of posted it. I see this has motivated you cause you honestly have made progress since your December pics. Keep going and let the iron be your therapy. Your identity is safe and I hope you do make a come back. I'm done too.

Thanks odie for not sharing my info. Like I said before, I'm doing the best I can, and I will bounce back .

If I can look like I used to completely fucked up on drugs and drinking all the time surely I can look better sober.

This thread has definitely motivated me and I have received some brutal criticism, in which some can be used constructively while the other has been used to fuel my motivation in the gym.

Next time I post pics, it will be something I'm proud of.

It is what it is, didn't mill me so it's gotta make me stronger and help build my character.

Maybe the constant attacks will stop and I can go back to being a cooperative assets to this forum that's contributes
