When life hands you lemons, you gotta turn those babies into melons:D

Well, the twins have arrived.
I had my surgery yesterday in the afternoon. Pretty quick procedure, about 2 hours total.

My doc and I decided on 400 cc Xtra full projection. He used round smooth silicone implants, over the muscle.

I absolutely love going under general anesthesia. It's such a cool feeling, I felt it going through my veins and the need to take a deep breath, and plop, I passed out.
Next think I remember was waking up shivering uncontrollably. They had to put some heating pads around me.
Then I cried for the nurse bc the pain was pretty severe. She gave me an injection of something (the good stuff!) and felt a little better.

The rest of the day was pretty miserable.
It had this terrible burning sensation in my boobs and it felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. The pressure was crazy and moving around was pretty painful.
Thank God for Vicodin. It made a huge difference, not a big fan of it though. It always makes me pretty nauseous. The fact that all I ate yesterday was an egg and a protein shake did not help the case.
Appetite was gone after surgery, I was starving Marvin prior to it.

I'm actually feeling a little hungrier today. Will make it a point to eat more from now on. Gotta maintain all my gainz!

I went to see the doctor this AM and said they look gorgeous and I have to agree. I'm in love with them.

It feels so incredibly amazing to have big boobs again. I had missed them so much.
They are a little swollen, but this is how they looked this AM.

Can't do any heavy lifting until after 6-8 weeks. I'm allowed to do light cardio in a month.
So let's see how this healing process goes.

When you guys go to the gym today, please do an extra set for me:(

Well, time to put myself in a Vicodin induced fog. Thanks to all of you guys who have been thinking of me & sending positive vibes.

❤️

They came out rather nice. Hopefully you don't get the itches while your nerves reattach. Most uncomfortable itch ever since it's deep and the skin is numb to the touch since the nerves were cut. Happened to me during my gyno surgery. I still get itchy spots in my chest that feels like a deep tissue itch I can't scratch

Edit: try not to elevate your arms to high. It's a very uncomfortable pain while they heal

Those Melons look great! Good Luck on the recovery!

Gorgeous already! Glad you're up and around already! I'm so happy you love them too! :)

I was getting itchy just reading your post lol.

The incision is underneath the breast fold, was your in your nipple?

Such an irony guys end up needing gyno surgery and us boob jobs. What a funny game AAS play.

Thank you for the tip. I haven't tried raising my arms much bc it hurts pretty badly. I cannot imagine how girls must feel when they do these implants under the muscle

Yes mine was through the nipple. But no, my gyno was puberty induced not AAS induced.

And maybe it's not much of a difference in feeling for over or under the muscle. Who knows. Only someone who has done both types I suppose.

You're on Vicodin, you'll get itchy regardless lol.
Edit: Hi, I'm whoremoans. Come here often? They look great.

Ohh gotcha.

I just feel so incredibly sore, can only imagine how much your chest has to hurt when you flex your pecs. It's prob harder to lift or extend your arms when you undies.

To think that we gotta have them replaced every 10 yrs makes me cringe. I don't ever wanna have to go through this again :(

It won't be as bad next time everything is already stretched out and g2g

Congrats D! They turned out great and actually look pretty natural even with the swelling. You are fixing to turn some heads that's for sure.

Thank you, Odie!
I'm surprised they look this natural even though he did it over the muscle.
I was terrified to end with a pair of coconuts.
I think they'll be at least a D cup once the swelling goes down.

Under the mussel is very painful and with a lift 10x worse and to top it off I'm considered to have a very large implant urs look amazing! Hope ur pain goes away soon!

Surprisingly my chest didn't hurt to flex after about 2 weeks of healing. You have fake boobs under so that can be a game changer
