Someday CBS... someday -

Keith actually looks pretty damned good there. I had to take a second look to see if it was really him.

I'll only do it if I can do it here, Eman. Something about those 24-hour wedding chapels and an impulsive 5 day road trip does it for me.

When life hands you lemons, you gotta turn those babies into melons:D

Well, the twins have arrived.
I had my surgery yesterday in the afternoon. Pretty quick procedure, about 2 hours total.

My doc and I decided on 400 cc Xtra full projection. He used round smooth silicone implants, over the muscle.

I absolutely love going under general anesthesia. It's such a cool feeling, I felt it going through my veins and the need to take a deep breath, and plop, I passed out.
Next think I remember was waking up shivering uncontrollably. They had to put some heating pads around me.
Then I cried for the nurse bc the pain was pretty severe. She gave me an injection of something (the good stuff!) and felt a little better.

The rest of the day was pretty miserable.
It had this terrible burning sensation in my boobs and it felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. The pressure was crazy and moving around was pretty painful.
Thank God for Vicodin. It made a huge difference, not a big fan of it though. It always makes me pretty nauseous. The fact that all I ate yesterday was an egg and a protein shake did not help the case.
Appetite was gone after surgery, I was starving Marvin prior to it.

I'm actually feeling a little hungrier today. Will make it a point to eat more from now on. Gotta maintain all my gainz!

I went to see the doctor this AM and said they look gorgeous and I have to agree. I'm in love with them.

It feels so incredibly amazing to have big boobs again. I had missed them so much.
They are a little swollen, but this is how they looked this AM.

Can't do any heavy lifting until after 6-8 weeks. I'm allowed to do light cardio in a month.
So let's see how this healing process goes.

When you guys go to the gym today, please do an extra set for me:(

Well, time to put myself in a Vicodin induced fog. Thanks to all of you guys who have been thinking of me & sending positive vibes.

❤️
I hope the swelling in your nipples goes down, not to be rude, but they look like cupcakes or something.

Glad your surgery went well.

Very nice ladies

Made my day

:)

●can you explain why you have redo the process in 10 years? My wife has saline, under the muscle, and no need for redo. Lastly, when implants finally drop into place....whoa:D....outstanding. I think she's in the 500 cc club though●

Those are big girls she's sporting!
I know people who has had their implants for 15+ years, sometimes they do begin to sag a little.
I guess everything needs a tune up every now and then. I hope I don't have to touch these babies for a while. I don't wanna go through all this pain again :(

I don't wanna go through all this pain again :(

No pain, no Gain...lol.

Ever since my wife got hers, all of her friends have gotten them also. I mean there's boobies everywhere! What I like the most is they all went just a slight bit larger than their frame. It's funny to see them when they all go out, because they be grabbing & squeezing on each others boobs, and people start looking around like wtf is going on here.

Then I'm in the back ground like.....looking like:D

Day 2 Post-op

I was finally able to get some sleep last night. Sleeping up-right is awful! I'm using those little pillows that go around your neck and it helps a lot.

It was also the first day I was able to take a full shower by myself. It was heavenly!

My back and neck are in a lot of pain, probably from the uncomfortable way of sleeping. The pressure I felt on my breasts has decreased, I no longer feel that terrible burning sensation either.
Swelling has gone down, but the incisions sting a bit. After showering I used a hair dryer (cold setting) to dry the tape covering the incisions. It feels so good to be braless for a little.
I'm also applying cocoa butter lotion and Vit E on my breasts to help w stretch marks.

Because the swelling is going down, I started wishing I had gone a bigger cup. The doctor didn't really want me to go any bigger since it's over the muscle. He said they'll look too fake and big for my frame. I'm aware it's probably my body dysmorphia issues playing with my head :(

My muscles also look flat AF. I pretty much look like a pancake with balloons, or at least that's how it feels.

Peeing. OMG it's so difficult to do! I'm pretty sure it's from the opiates. I have a feeling I'm gonna be constipated for a decade, not to mention my body is retaining so much water. It's fucking miserable :(

Appetite is coming back, I'm forcing myself to eat a lot of protein right now. I'm taking glutamine with all my protein shakes.

I don't have a full range of motion with my arms yet, I feel like T-Rex most of the time. Making it a point to work on my posture and stretch the pectoral muscles. Gotta wear these babies proud! It's just easy to slouch right now.

This is how they look 2 days post op.
Still applying ice on them. I don't want them to get any smaller!!
