Well, the twins have arrived.
I had my surgery yesterday in the afternoon. Pretty quick procedure, about 2 hours total.
My doc and I decided on 400 cc Xtra full projection. He used round smooth silicone implants, over the muscle.
I absolutely love going under general anesthesia. It's such a cool feeling, I felt it going through my veins and the need to take a deep breath, and plop, I passed out.
Next think I remember was waking up shivering uncontrollably. They had to put some heating pads around me.
Then I cried for the nurse bc the pain was pretty severe. She gave me an injection of something (the good stuff!) and felt a little better.
The rest of the day was pretty miserable.
It had this terrible burning sensation in my boobs and it felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. The pressure was crazy and moving around was pretty painful.
Thank God for Vicodin. It made a huge difference, not a big fan of it though. It always makes me pretty nauseous. The fact that all I ate yesterday was an egg and a protein shake did not help the case.
Appetite was gone after surgery, I was starving Marvin prior to it.
I'm actually feeling a little hungrier today. Will make it a point to eat more from now on. Gotta maintain all my gainz!
I went to see the doctor this AM and said they look gorgeous and I have to agree. I'm in love with them.
It feels so incredibly amazing to have big boobs again. I had missed them so much.
They are a little swollen, but this is how they looked this AM.

Can't do any heavy lifting until after 6-8 weeks. I'm allowed to do light cardio in a month.
So let's see how this healing process goes.

Gonna start applying a scaring cream in 10 days.
One of the reasons I didn't wanna have them done through the nipple.

mine are under the breast fold.
The back pain is a lot more manageable now. I can only imagine what you went through since yours are so much heavier than mine.
I hope I can rock these puppies for 15+ years. I will hate having to go through this again. I'm so happy I didn't go under, that just makes everything 5x worse.
And no, I don't have any drains. There's just tape over the incisions.

Even though they are swollen, my nipples are still pretty sensitive to the touch.
My incisions were made underneath the breast fold. I wanted it that way after reading many women lose sensation when they have it done through their nipples.
There's other alternatives too, like through your armpit and belly button. It depends on what your doctors prefers and also the type of implants. Always do your research and ask different PS.

The reason for my scar was because I believe they installed a drain and they must've not removed it properly. The scar was removed now I have a line right under the left breast

I will say that there are some guys that ive known for a while and that I have a lot of respect for posting in this thread which has me thinking I may be off base? I understand that this is in the women's section and if it belongs anywhere, this is the place. I guess I'd be more comfortable if only the women could see and comment. I imagine being as popular as meso is there are some creeps and lecherous individuals taking in the show.
I honestly don't mean to offend anyone(which doesn't sound like me) but this thread imo isn't appropriate. I get that these women train(if, in fact, all these newish female members are all women) and augmentation is part of our sport but the pics dont come across to me as related to competition. They have a more voyeuristic/soft core porn feel to them.
I can imagine I'll be getting some posts saying that perhaps I have some perv in me. I'd rebut that my past record should make it clear that I do not. I feel this isnt what meso is about. I did go through the nipple.
I'm guessing my back pain lasted a lot longer because I went under the muscle and when doing that they literally have to DIG out a pocket for the implant.... Over or under I imagine there both horrible!!!
I had drains for the first night that @wedorecover had to empty every 2 hrs so greatful for him lol they got taken out the next morning another pain I'll NEVER forget!
I had incisions around my nipple and then from my nipple down the my crease due to the lift... I'm hoping I can rock mine for a long time too lol BUT!!!..... I wanna go bigger soon!
