Hi doll,
I did, I went for a mile long walk but it so hot, the sweat made my incisions hurt so much and irritated then.
The incisions in my left breast has been hurting a lot. I'm tempted to remove the tape to take a look at it, but I don't have micropore tape to replace it.

Did you ever feel stabbing pain? It has happened a few times today.

I may just suck it up and wait till tues when I see my PS.
Got any fun plans for this weekend? I hope it involves wearing a bikini ;)
Yes I had all kinds of weird pains. As matter of fact 3 months out and I was having a burning stabbing pain the other night in my left boob and it would come and go but it lasted all evening long. It was so annoying! I think the pains last a while. My PS said they will not be fully healed and at their full potential until 6 months. I'm glad U got to get out and move around even tho it wasn't exactly what u thought it would be due to the heat. This weekend me and the family are going to swim and bbq so I'll def be sporting my red white and blue bikini :p

Stabbing pain might be an indication of a mondor chord. It's how I would feel everyone I would raise my left arm.

I doubt it's that. There's lots of pains and pullings when putting a foreign object into your body especially when things are trying to stretch and settle. I still get pains and I'm 3 moths post op

I had pains that lasted a little over 6 months, but the worst one was the mondor chord. I believe it's developed by scarring of the area. If the skin and surrounding area were stretched, there's the high chance of this happening because the tissues are trying to fuse back. They are way more common with women and breast augmentation than it is for gynecomastia removal

Sounds painful sure glad this didn't happen to me

Day 10 post-op

Everything is going great. I went for my 1 week check up with my PS and he removed the tape over my incisions.
They are about 1.5".
Swelling is pretty much gone and there's very little pain.
The only thing that really hurts are my nipples, they are extremely tender.

I'm back to my regular activities. I can walk the dogs, reach for stuff, and I started sleeping on my side again. It feels so good to sleep normally again. The doctor didn't quite cleared me to do so, but I'm really tired of sleeping upright.

I've been doing some light yoga, I think starting next week I'm going to start playing with resistance bands for my lower body. Not being able to train is absolutely killing me, I think I may be getting depressed :(
Sometimes I take out my stash of goodies, stare at them and fantasize about my next cycle. Lol. It helps!

The doc also gave me the go to start using Mederma. Thank you @Recovery Wife :)
I should be getting it in the mail any time.

Pretty excited about tmw. Gonna be seeing Modest Mouse in concert, something to look forward to!

Anyhow, here are some pictures to give an idea how 1 week post op looks like. I have a feeling I'm gonna be living in bikini tops from now on.

Looks great and that's awesome you can get up and move around again. I had no idea you had to sleep siting up that must be incredibly hard to do! Don't be depressed it's only a few weeks of training lost and think from now on it doesn't matter what cycles do to your natural boobs cause you got them big ol ones now and you'll be way happier because of it!

Yayyy it works great u will love it

I don't think I can do hamstring curls bc that involves laying on my stomach and pressing on my chest. Leg extensions are prob doable once the doctor cleares me to lift more than 5 lbs.

I actually started doing squats and Glute kickbacks with a resistance band. That little pump felt amazing!

"Big ol ones" hahaha
You're so funny!

I think it's gonna get better from now on. I started doing work with MB hip circle. Was able to do some squats and Glute kickbacks.
I'm gonna go back on Monday and see if I can get away with doing other things, I'm thinking hip thursts and fire hydrants (with bands of course)

I guess I was just stubborn. I would put my elbows on the pad for the leg curls keeping my upper body as upright as possible and just curl
