Do you do a decontamination shower before entering the room? The room is decontaminated at X intervals? Anything in the room is sterile?

You don't have a sterile room! You have a sealed room full of unsterile things, with air getting filtered through NOT THE PROPER FILTERS that just keeps sending around unsterile particles.

Dude srsly, let's stop this. You have the technical knowledge of a simpleton. You don't build a legit sterile hospital room because you don't need to for what we do and you are not even able to understand the basic principles of sterility so why would I even think something that complex for you.
