popped my cherry with 1 ml of L Carn via 27G 0.5 inch.

Can't believe it took me so long to try this. Will try another tomorrow with my dominant hand to see how the oils go through the same needle.

I’ve had bad quad shots. Bad lat shots. Bad delt shots. Bad VG shots. And one really bad trap shot. But I’ve never had a bad pec shot. And you can move the injection site around and it still goes in smooth.

I'll get straight to the points gentlemen, volume has increased and while I am grateful for it, it can be overwhelming at times.
I'll never forget this conversation I had with a solid member here who told me, stick to what made Pench Pench, the values that made your product Pristine, that statement really resonated within.

That is the point of this meeting this evening, I want to continue giving everyone a pristine product. I have come up with several ideas that I wanted to share with community as whole to address this. I don't want to go private again. In my opinion maybe treating this as a normal schedule job may help. Using Saturday and Sunday off to either restock or catch up on unfinished orders, using Sunday to hangout more with daughter. Extending the shipment to 48-72hrs would also be another implemented suggestion.

I don't want to gouge prices or increase minimums, however NPP and EQ may more likely increase to 39.5 while they are always flying off the shelves. I understand these periodic breaks may frustrate some members. However, I rather do periodic breaks than take coin, make members wait longer periods of time or make errors. I understand other Labs may not have periodic breaks but as an army of 1 it can get busy. In Hindsight, I'm confident and have always been confident that I can compete without a doubt right there with the biggest monster labs out there in regards to quality! That is the main topic I don't want to lose sight on, is keep the quality.

Many have inquired about the Test Deaconate and its been busy that I haven't been able to synthesize it. Test Deaconate many asked on price, I believe $52 would be fair but lets wait for hplc reports and we can readdress this as needed

As of tonight I would like to request a break to address the Test Deaconate, T400out of stock too and restock other bins that are low. I would say a break from now until roughly Sunday evening would definitely allow me to pick up stock on many items. Respectfully asking what does the community think of my suggestions?

Do what you need brother. That statement and putting that info up front and honest speaks slot about who you are and the commitment to what you want to provide customers. Customer service isn’t always about how fast you get something but what is the value of what you are getting and the commitment to the craft of the product you provide.

Bump your eq and npp to an even 40$. Still competitive with every other solid domestic source, but your vials are pirty (and overfilled.)

Take sat/sun off. Most guys ordering from you do, Why shouldn’t you. Work them when you want to.

Along those lines, fast shipping is admirable, but not a necessity. If you get them out quick - great. Your clientele can exhibit a little bit of patience if it takes an extra day or 2.

Just my 2cents. Rather keep quality in all aspects as the priority. Keep it up brother.

I think we can agree that quality and commitment is what sets you apart.

To the point, additionally, made below; I'm amenable to a longer wait time for shipping, especially given that you give an outrageous turnaround time of 6-12 hours right now.

A man with a healthy home life will, in my mind, continue to make a quality product for us to enjoy. Taking the weekends to rest, recuperate, and heal the soul with family time means more to us than we'd like to admit. I imagine many of us have families, and understand the value behind stepping away from our job to appreciate why we work them; family.

52, to my uneducated eye, seems reasonable. Less than twice the price of the comparable two vials of Test C at 250 - that math works for me, especially given the convenience of half the volume.

I think you've got a pretty good consensus already that you should do whatever you need to do, and we'd understand. Pause incoming orders to catch up, make the prices worth your time and effort, and take a break if you need.

I haven’t even placed an order with you yet, but your transparency alone already earned my respect. Enjoy that time with your family bro no need to stress. Just like everyone else has said, nothing wrong with the changes you’re wanting to implement. A minor price increase, couple days extra on shipping, closed on weekends are not a deal breaker. The quality product you’re putting out, service you provide, interacting with your customers and listening / getting their suggestions is solid enough for 99% of them to stick around. Keep it up bro you got my respect and business for sure
