Pinging @Photon
Anyone that has knowledge please don't hesitate to chime in on this matter.
For a steady 1hr looking high and low could not find a bottle top filter housing under these standards, made of polypropylene and sterile .2um. All come back as polystyrene

Photon double check me please.
Therefor the only solution I came up with is buying the non sterile Zap Caps .2um with Nylon membranes and then autoclaving them for a sterile condition. Thoughts?
Since
A nylon membrane is resistant to benzoyl benzoate, as it is compatible with most organic solvents, including esters like benzoyl benzoate. Nylon membranes are widely used for filtering esters, ketones, and other organic solvents.
Key properties of nylon membranes relevant to this application:
- Broad chemical resistance: Nylon is compatible with a wide range of aqueous and organic solutions.
- Hydrophilic: The naturally hydrophilic nature of nylon membranes allows for use with both aqueous and many organic solutions.
- Strong and durable: Nylon membranes are mechanically strong and resistant to tearing.
- Good for HPLC: Nylon membranes are commonly used for filtering high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) samples and solvents.

Nalgene™ Vent Filters and 50mm Capsules. Filter aggressive chemicals, including acids and non-aqueous solvents such as those used in GC and HPLC with this in-line syringe filter with PTFE membrane. Available in 0.22 μmwww.thermofisher.com
$30 to filter a $40 bottlePretty cool but i think his filtering cost wil go up like 5-10x..lol
You'd also need a solvent resistant tube, which is not easy to get..

Just got in my shipment of needles. Tried the 30g thin wall and holy shit that was smooth and fast. About 2x as fast as the cheap Amazon 30g. I'm probably just gonna toss my old ones lol. View attachment 353843
Recently got some Nipro 27g and 30g as well. What surprised me was the 27g felt as smooth as the 30g, and has the benefit of pushing the oil a little easier. Upon more reading apparently zap caps with nylon membrane can be sterilized in autoclaveUnfortunately it's a trade off between sterility and compatibility.
The ones that come sterile have spec sheets that usually tell you not to use with BA/BB. And the ones that are compatible with BA/BB do not come sterilized lol. I don't know why either. I'm not sure if they are autoclavable.
Newer vendors have switched to capsule filtering. Comes sterile + PTFE i believe. Would that be an option?
To avoid this, I stick to syringe filtering, which is made out of polypropylene + PTFE but this is definitely not an option for vendors (too slow).
Why nylon over ptfe?Upon more reading apparently zap caps with nylon membrane can be sterilized in autoclave
Why nylon over ptfe?
I've never filtered anything over 10ml at once, but always used ptfe for oils. Does the membrane material choice have to do with the scale of use?
I'll help as much as possible my man if ETC is all you have. I believe there is gas needed to move it? To make it easy on me in my opinion btc is the preferred on my end. I will work as best as I can with you under the circumstanceHey @OEP LABS
Any plans ever to accept ETH or USDC/T on ETH as a form of payment method?
This would create many more payment methods as most cryptocurrencies can bridge to Ethereum network really easily, but not BTC or XMR
