Are all Nipro considered thin wall? I can’t seem to find any labeled as thin wall at my typical sites.

I’ve been using the Easy Touch 30g 1/2 in and I love them. Shoulder and VG no problem.

I have 27g and 30g Nipros. I can’t even tell the difference when injecting. I’d suggest just going with the 27g. Plus less resistance when pushing the plunger. I’ve stopped using the 30s.

I just 25g 1 inch for everything, maybe I should try something smaller. When I do chest and traps I try to only inject half of the needle but most of the time the whole thing just goes in from the pressure of pushing down on the plunger.

Yeah I got the 27g 1/2inch thin wall nipros 25g 5/8 thin wall nipro and terumo 25g 1inch thin wall and easy touch thin wall 27g lol

lol I was a bit anxious about it at first for glute injections since it is pretty damn thin and I got shaky hands but they been pretty sturdy. just takes a little more time and quite a bit of pressure

You might be surprised. The Nipro 30ga are way more sturdy (somehow) than the 30ga easy touch slin pins, and maybe even the 29ga BD pins I was using before. I thank @AllGoodThings in my head no less than twice a week for turning me on to the thin wall Nipros.

This is true, I can bend my insulin pins way easier than the IM needles of the same gauge. Even my Easy Touch 30g luer lock needles are sturdier than the Easy Touch 30g insulin needles, so it's not a brand issue. Perhaps they use a different steel for IM's, or there's some other variable, but I've yet to bend any 30g Nipro thin walls or 30g Easy Touch thin walls when doing IM injections, even when accidentally putting some lateral force on the syringe while it's inserted.

Are you using 3ml or 1ml barrel syringes? With 1ml I've not had to apply a significant amount of force. Never tried anything thinner than 27g thin wall for 3ml, I can imagine that being a thumb workout as even the 27's can be with 3ml

So Nipro is the way to go? I don’t want to get spoon fed so sorry for asking in that manner. I also have easy touch and noticed sometimes they’ve seized but that’s rare.
Is Exel is bottom of barrel ?

Big fan of the nipro thin walls. Very very smooth.
Very excited for more test d as well. Have you given any more thought on what pwo specs you’re going to cook up? I don’t remember if anything was ever fully committed to yet.

Nipro is excellent, but I have trouble finding the right gauges and lengths. They used to make a fantastic no-dead-space syringe. I have an easier time sourcing Easy Touch insulin syringes and Luer locks and Exel needles but would switch back to Nipro no hesitation. Best syringes I ever used. BD kind of went downhill.. like they got lazy, relying on their rep.

@Photon gave me idea on the pwo specs. Definitely will consider his advice as he’s been spot on during this entire journey. I’ll search a few pages back and grab his input. No special solvents, just good ole fashioned elbow grease, filtering and a little bit of heat to razzle dazzle things up

I feel like Nipro has given me the best experience for needles, and they're priced very fairly as well. Their thin walls are definitely the way to go, and I've been really impressed with the flow they give at any given gauge. Exel seems to have a good reputation, but I'm not a fan of their needles. They seem to drag more when going in, at least in my experience. I do like their syringes, they work well and are a good value. Buying BD just seems like you're spending more than you should be. That's not to say they're bad, as they are definitely high quality, but I don't feel they offer anything special to justify their price, which is multiple times more than comparable offerings from Nipro and Exel. I know Terumo is still around, and they used to be my favorite, but I don't think I've used Terumo in a decade and a half or more. Easy Touch insulin pins are all I use for peptides, and their 1ml luer lock syringes are quality and fairly priced. My only experience with their luer lock needles is with their 30g 1/2" thin walls, and those have been excellent, right up there with Nipro in terms of sharpness and perceived quality.
