Top of page - look for search function. Search: email, click "this thread" --> search.

Then read through the results.

The problem with just asking for this information without finding out for yourself is anyone can scam you (either in DMs or in the thread) and put fake info. You send money -- you blame source when you screwed yourself (and yes, we're seeing a lot more of it)

Make a new member intro post with a little about yourself (e.g. your goals, training,.what compounds you run etc.)

It's poor etiquette to just pop in and ask for the info you are asking for (not because it makes you a bad person but because you are better off in the long run figuring out for yourself how to find this info).

There are still threads in here that I cannot figure out how to contact the source....but I understand the reason people frown upon just asking out loud. Eventually if you are patient the answers will come to you but you do have to put the time in going through the threads.

Did you not understand the assignment? Did you read the forum etiquette or what’s asked of new members? I’d probably help you out if you could follow the etiquette. Now you are so desperate to get the email it’s law enforcement vibes
