I’m two weeks in on my blast. Sorry I’m late to log this fellas. Coming off a very nice recomp/cut. Was gonna compete at the Sacramento state championship this month but I honestly could not afford it. It came down to paying my NPC dues for only the last show of the year. My sponsor said if I wait until 2018 he’ll cover npc dues as well as lodging and other expensive shit. Keep in mind I had my spine fused in January and that was a major setback in regards to training. I was back in the gym 90 days later, but nowhere near 100%. TBH, I don’t think I’ll ever be 100% again since my injury and surgery.

So here we go...

Test E 900mg
Deca 600mg
Drol 50mg
Dbol 50mg

The first 2 weeks I had Tren E at 400mg. The psychological sides were so unbearable, I stopped it today:(
My drol is psource, 25mg pills. I take one in the AM, and one in the PM for a total of 50mg.
My dbol is Stanford and I take that 50mg pre workout.
All my oils are Stanford Pharmaceutical...

Agreed. Sides in a mufuckn bottle!! I’m just gonna save the tren for the recomp. Also gonna switch to Trenbolone Comp TH at that time. Highly effective IMO. I’m considering adding GH or a peptide to this blast. Feel free to drop any form of advice in regards to GH, peps or any other compounds I’m running;)

Hell yeah bro I use to love drinking my eggs whole. Sucha quick protein fix but the gas became unbearable for me:( or I'd still be drinking em lol:D I see we use the same blender as well;):p:cool:

Lmao! At the men’s bikini. I never understood why people toss the yolk out, it’s the best part of the egg.

Yes sir. In the morning I don’t have what it takes to eat 10 cooked eggs and 1.5 cups of cooked Oates. I literally hammer it down in like 3 drinks and all of it is consumed. Again, it’s so easy to get those cals and macros, I will often repeat the same meal 2-3 times a day. Every 2 hours I’m putting something high protein and carbs in that dang nutribullet. I’m able to hit my mark on my macros more often then not thru this methid.

I thought that the cholesterol in eggs didn’t affect your good cholesterol or raise your bad cholesterol? I may be wrong.
My last blood work didn’t indicate any compromised cholesterol values. I been doing this method quite a few years now. Seems like once a year on meso when I do a log, people are fascinated by the fact you can put in serious mass with this method. Some studies will tell you the bioavailability of the raw egg is compromised when eaten raw. The study basically says that heat activates something in the egg and makes the bioavailability 100%.
I prefer to run my own studies on myself. I have been training close to 16 years now, primarily just for fun. 13 of those years I trained natural and depended solely on weights and diet. I was able to build a solid foundation in 13 years on little tricks such as the eggs. I’ve running gear for only 3 years. Blast and cruise pretty much.

Ok cool glad I read your thoughts on this topic, read an article few weeks ago that talked about one of these studies. Been thinking about making liquid meals like this, I can hardly get down 4 cooked eggs at a meal lately. And I'm going broke chasing all the food. Are you concerned about food poisoning?

No sir. Not at this particular juncture. Simply because many different cultures survive not only on raw eggs, but raw meat and fish as well. Perhaps when I get older my body may stop production of certian digestive enzymes that may leave me vulnerable. I’m not gonna tell you I don’t think about that happening. The thought does cross my mind sometimes. However, it’s another small risk I’m willing to take in order to make dem gainzzz;)
