~Ogh"s Old Geezer Tren Run....

Lol, funny thing is a family friend watched my father do that once when I was too young to go hunting yet. He emptied his gun on a trophy that was running at his stand. Made a few good hits but it didn't go down. He jumped out of stand with knife, wrestled and stabbed buck in neck, then drowned it in the ditch they ended up in. The guy who confirmed the story said he about fell out of his stand laughing and couldn't believe what he saw.
Hahahahah!! That is some funny shit right there!!!! lol

My poor threads got cobwebs all over it , no ones been here , including me ,lol !!

Hit back this morning , 6 supersets lat pd"s w/ cable rows (135-155-175).
Then it was bent-over-rows (BORS) 135x10x2-165x10x2- 205x6x2 -185x8x2-165x8x2

Wasnt feeling it , noticed early fatigue . Didnt sleep well last night .
Its starting ...lol.

Looks like the ride's only going to become more fun for you lol

I like the simple nature of your WO plan. Those are really all you need to build width, thickness and depth to the back and it's ancillary muscles.

I been doing cable rows recently and noticing a very noticeable thickness to the middle back and outer lats. Using moderate to light weight (about what your using) pyramid style. Up the pyramid then back down. Driving thru the elbows and squeezing like a mofo. I like it OGH. Your experience shines thru here. You don't need every damn exercise in the freaking book to grow lol

Subbed bro!! You're a big old geezer!!!! My ONLY neg with tren has been my lungs. When i was up to almost a gram a week i couldn't breathe for shit and it took months to get any lung capacity back. I'm also back on tren like you've already seen so ill be watching to see how much you enjoy it like the rest of us!!!

Trukker , most of my training is still based on what I learned 30 yrs ago from a former Mr.Alaska who was 5'6' 245 lb ripped ,short , badass black drill sargent who taught me the KISS principle we all know (KeepItSimpleStupid) That man taught me all I needed to get started and I still use his principles to this day. He was right about everything.

Only the basics in the off-season , very little isolation work and not alot of sets or volume but just enough; believe me these little workouts are taxing , its all in how long you take your windbreaks . Aint hard enough ? Then add weight or shorten your breaks , they have the same effect .

"Get in the gym , do your business then get out , its not a place for talking , its a place for work" . I miss ol Sarge , hope hes still around and I will try and find pictures of him.

Your right, I only spend about 45 minutes to 1 hr and 15 mins in the gym I don't fuck around. Honestly I don't see how people spend 2 to 3 hrs in gym by time I leave I can't even open the door I'm so pumped. The wife has to carry our chubby baby out to the car [emoji64]

I see the same guys at the same time everytime I go to our local gym when I arrive and they are still there when I leave . Talking on phones & giggling like school girls , disturbing others workouts with their noise ; and they never improve ....thats poetic justice

I notice this all the time. Girls who want to gossip, guys who want to pick up women like its the club. In the 45 to an hour im there I can do a whole workout and i'll see people at the same bench with the same weight on.
