How about both? He's mentioned doing like grams of deca and tren and test at once along with 15+iu GH and that's on top of the synthol you mentioned. The one or two tidbits of halfway decent info he may have had according to some could have been found elsewhere without listening to 58minutes of bullshit beforehand.

The play dough look is from synthol correct. Not trying to say otherwise but anyone who pushes as much gear as he has said he did, basically every pro and many amateurs, are abusing the fuck out of gear. In his case I think it's to overcompensate for the fact he doesn't know how to train right or doesn't want to.
