~Ogh"s Old Geezer Tren Run....

I don't know how it is that I just noticed this thread. Subb'd. Getting ready for my first tren run in about two weeks. I'm in the over 50 club as well. Found this at the perfect time. Just finished reading it and I'm off to the gym. Thanks OGH.

Goodluck on that Mel - Ive actually had much worse sides in cycles then this tren one . Of course Im threading lightly (420/wk) compaired to more experienced tren users (look at EBK"s cycle.lol)

I suggest anyone starting off to keep it to 50mg/day in the beginning week and slowly increase from there . My last 4 weeks I might go to 75mg/day.

Today marks one full week for me Ogh. Thinking about upping it to 150 eod just to see if I can tolerate it:eek::D

Bro you have clue how much that just made my ol ladies day when you said that. She told me to tell you thank you very much for the compliment it means alot coming from a fitness fanatic like yourself!! Shes always really hard on herself an doesn't ever think she looks good or pretty enough....little does she know haha. That's why I have to always give the ol evil eye to guys In stores an when were out an about lol.
 
Ok - its almost ridiculous how light the weights are getting . Styrofoam light .

Flat bench + 55lbs*
Incline B + 35lbs*
Military press +25lbs*

Haven't wrote about it, still pissed at myself, but about two weeks ago I had a pop in my lower back. Was on my 5th set of bent over BB rows, second rep when it happened. I can usually work up to 315 for 6 reps. Decided to bump it up to 355 after 335 felt a little light. Now I'm paying for it! At least it taught me to wear a belt. Never wore them prior to this little event.

Are you ok? Do you know what it was or did you go to the chiropractor over it? Hope it wasnt something to bad bro!!!

Im pretty well conditioned , plus Ive been working towards some maximum lifts for quite a while . This was the perfect time to hit them . All went well and Im back to lower weight working sets again ...;)

Got to be careful w/ those B.O.R"s , it puts alot of strain on the lower back . Goodluck on the healing ...Belts can be false security , especially if not wore properly .

Shit. This is making me rethink my decision to start doing barbell BORs. I've been doing them again for a few weeks now after switching from dumbbell rows (which I much prefer) because my new gym's dumbbells only go up to 100.

I love BORs . It really builds your pulling ability , in fact Ive been doing a routine where I go w/ cable rows & lat pd"s on one back day and heavy BORs and 45lb'er ez-grip side raises on another backday . Biceps on both days .
Im back to really working my biceps again and hope to finally hit the 19" mark soon .
