~Ogh"s Old Geezer Tren Run....

Back to squats again , 225x10x10 . Starting to get hard . Im only going up in 10lb increments . Got a feeling 250x10x10 might be my limit (without gear)

I got 300x10x10 last yr but I was heavily juicing on test/EQ/Tbol too then .
Natty Sucks !

Just for comparison , my untrained 233lb neighbor is struggling with 125x10x10 , lol . But he tries hard . He doesnt like 10x10 as much this week ....lol

Just stumbled on this thread. You and I are almost same background and age. Looking good old man. Keep showing these young ones how it's done. I have to go back and read how the fina was for you.

Keep rocking the gains!

Alrighty , great feeling workout----cable rowing 160x10x10 almost got me , next weeks 170x10x10 might be my natty max . Dont underestimate 10x10 workouts.....

Ez curl bar was 80x5x10 but my biceps are taxed after the rows. And some con curls , 5 sets . Still have to baby my right bicep some , Im more afraid to push it off gear ....
( I miss the tren power :(:(:( )

10x10 is no joke indeed.

Wish I could get one of my neighbors to train around here.

Neighbor got 100x10x10 cbl rows , hes a big guy , just soft from office work . He got into the back workout , made my workout easier ....it was a good day .

Do you own an older Challenger ?

I actually do own an old challenger...not the one in that photo though.A 1970 that is primer at the moment..my lady hates my relationship with her.

I was raised around drag racing and my cousins are are known as the Mopar drag kings of Alaska . I remember they always had a Challenger or Cuda around . When I was 20 I bought a rootbeer brown "69 GTX w/ 440 magnum and they helped me restore it . Loved that car . Torque monster .

Ha..my father was a stock car racer and had me racing Yamaha 2stroke methanol burning gokarts as early as age 11 on a dirt track. You know there is nothing like the older classic models as im not to crazy about any of these new revamped models I see around.

Btw I love the stock rootbeer brown...something about those old paint specs on a powerful car.

I dont know about a video but they are still popular , they have a Viper and the new Challenger 392 Hemi. They live Mopar everyday...

Myself I got a "63 Impala coupe at my dads up there . Thinking about stabbing a late model Vette LT-1 motor in it (350 tuned-port).
