Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for winny and test base in oil. All the links I have found are quite outdated. Lets say that the powder is pure. Would it disolve better in peg 400 ? or just oil? propylene glycol ? Maybe a variety of all three .Is it fairly easy to get test base at 50 mg per ml in case it crashes ? Thanks
