oil filtering question

Okay, 3 questions. I'm going to filter test cyp oil using a whatman sterile filter, sterile 20ml "veterinary" syringes, and sterile sealed vials, all from medlabsupply.com
1, I've herd that up to 3cc's can get stuck in the filter. Can this just be pushed out with air? or do I need some filtered cottonseed oil, or sterile filtered cottonseed oil.
2, If I do need sterile filtered oil, where can I find it?
3, Are all of the equipment I'm using, sterile enough? particularly the sterile veterinary syringes and sealed sterile vials.

YO! thanks for the reply. umm, sterile filtered cottonseed oil? or filtered cottonseed oil from medlabsupply.com? cant seem to find sterile cottonseed oil anywhere.

Purge it at the end with 2ml of your choice of oil.. I like organic grapeseed.. some swear by walnut
