Oil in a transdermal preventing absorption?

In cosmetics, oils are used to keep moisture etc in the skin, but when applied before other actives, can prevent them for getting into the skin, because the oil acts as a barrier of sorts.

I have a ton of DHT in DMSO and MCT oil that I made as a transdermal and I wonder if the MCT oil prevents the DHT from getting into the skin

Mct is used in lotions and shit like that.. you may be.lucky and that mct absorbs into the skin.. I would Google that.. if the mct can be absorbed then I would habe to say you are fine. I
I habe zero experience with transdermals.. but i know mct is in alot of skin/lotion type shit..

MCT oil is easily absorbed and transported throughout the body. It can be used as an instant source of energy or can be converted into ketones.

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT),
3 containing 6–12 carbon fatty acids, differ from long-chain triglycerides (LCT), which have fatty acids of > 12 carbons, in that they are absorbed directly into the portal circulation and transported to the liver for rapid oxidation

I believe your ise of mct was the best oil you could use by the sounds of tje quick research I did

That was orally.
The whole article is about fats in foods and how they are broken down by the liver when ingested.

Not once is the word "massage" written in the article.
