Well, i dont know how to begin but i can tell you that is my currently state, check the pic.

I love fasting cardio, but i need more consistent, you know more sessions.

But i discovered that when i do a calorie deficit my desire for fasting cardio increase! and i guess that is a good thing hehe

Well, my perfect planning could be fasting cardio and weights in the afternoon or night. In another sense my habitual workout is weights in the night, i like training in the night too, weights not cardio, hate the night cardio.

So ,my legs are my best part,i mean the low body fat is in my legs, im a squats expert but shoulders are my bad,my doom, really.

Well i dont know what could be a good staring point, regarding diet and workout.

What do you think about my case? anyway im stronger maybe you are thinking the opposite, but im a machine

I'm no dietician, but I wouldn't even bother with PSMF diets unless you're morbidly obese and are basically using it as a last resort.

What are your goals? Are you trying to develop a more muscular physique or just trying to lean out some more? There's a million workout plans and diets to choose from.

Great, i dont like psmf but if was a duty no problem, but yeah great to hear that im not in the most bad scene.

well, i guess loss more fat and increase my shoulders they dont grow :( its my low point,I like feeling stronger anyway, how much weight should be loss? my currently stats are 177lbs

As far as training, I'd start with a simple upper/lower split, 2-on and 1-off, then adjust and tailor it to suit your goals. Focus on lots of upper-body compound exercises over isolation movements. I've got partially torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders, so I don't isolate the shoulders a whole lot, but my front delts developed themselves from mostly benching and pressing compound movements.

Thank you, tell me, do you think it is right to decrease the frequency of squeats? Considering that I want to lose weight, I mean.

I don't see any need to decrease frequency unless you're doing them everyday. Twice per week is adequate to build muscle, but you can do then more often if you've recovered properly.

I would, however, put less emphasis on lower body workouts if the goal is to develop your shoulders and upper body.

If the goal is strictly weight loss, I'd be more focused on good diet and cardio.

cool, yes i want weight loss, but i like the fullbody routines,so the trick for me seems to be the rest days between the fullbodyworkouts and increase the cardio days.Often,i do cardio post, after the workout bc again i like that feeling, understand me i need my brain with a lot oxigen bc im student remember.Anyway 2 days of cardio post weights and 2 days of fasting cardio, could be a good idea right?

In total 4 days of cardio and a minimum of 2 days of fullbody, whatdo you think?
