Okay guys, I am going to start cutting in the AM, no juice involved.

I will be doing a ketogenic diet under 20 grams per day of carbs. 3 days of Carb depletion then I will add DNP to the mix. I am expecting some T3 this week and will add that in also at a low dose, soemwhere around 50-75 mcg I think. I plan to go with the DNP for the duration of the keto diet. Right now I am thinking about 10-15 days. I dont want to go to long becuase I dont want to loose too much strength. I figure after the cutting I will start a cycle of test and EQ for 4 or 6 months.

I've run DNP before and am comfortable with it. I have never run it and worked out at the same time. I am thinking that i will probably be very fatiged from both the lack of carbs and from the DNP. I will try some Ripped fuel to help with the energy levels but I dont know if that is going to help enough, I am concerned about being able work out during the cycle so that I dont loose my hard earned strength. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what to expect and then how to deal with the loss of energy as it pertains to working out.

Never tried DNP personally but I heard that its best to just let it takes it affect and stay away from working out. But thats a strain that you have to figure out for yourself. Just try it out and if its hurting you bad relax and slow down.

what to expect on a ketogenic diet with dnp, and working out? you'll drop dead and you wont burn off much fat at all. you need some carbs on dnp dont try it without it. also, dnp burns off dietary fat before it burns off stored fat. i just finished a dnp cycle and lost 9 pounds, still have the water to lose. i kept my fat at around 14-20g per day only from flaxseed oil.

i would not train on dnp, you wont have energy and its dangerous. look at my post and try going that route. eat your bodyweight in carbs, if you weigh 200, eat 200g carbs. low low fat..keep the t3 in there. and dont go 10-15 days. go 7-10 days..with a 7 day off if you want to repeat it again.

I would agree with this big time. Watch yourself with that shit. Cause if you die your going to be on the news and then the senators are going to be all over it and stop all kinds of shit.

Bro, unless you're training for a show, stay away from this shit. Cardio and restricted diet is the best way. DNP is a fing nightmare.

Thanks for the feedback guys I have done 4 DNP cycles in the past and am pretty familliar with the safety precautions and what to expect from it. I have also done Ketogenic diets for years and lost 70 pounds on it one time. I just havent done them together.

I too have read some posts regarding a need for Carbs but I havent found a scientific explanation can somebody just give me a primer on why the carbs are required with DNP?

I've taken dnp once and it was a bitch working out when on it, I was sweating so much it was embarassing-ten minuites of cardio and it looks like you just got out of a shower

mo, you're a good dude and i respect the type of person you are from your posts over the last year and a half, so please don't take what i'me about to say here the wrong way.

i wrote the same thing in response to batista's post about his wife problems. you may even have read it. it seems that folks are always looking for an easy way out and i believe this to be the case here. first it's ripped fuel. then add some t3. then some dnp. perhaps you want to add some injectable l-carnitine too? and, then maybe some herbal body-wrap treatments to melt away some surface fat. and nubain, from what i hear can help too. why not add that? i mean where does it stop?

hey, we are all guilty of this every once in a while so you're not the only one. but like the other bros said, just up the cardio and don't eat as much. show some self-control bro. we all want to gain another 20lbs of lean bodyweight and we all want to have bf% in the single digits. but you have to do it properly bro. what good is the lower bf% if you loose your strength and set yourself back a few months in that area? and the spectre of death waiting in the wings is all to real, as well. it's really 6 of one, 1/2 a dozen of the other here. you loose in one area and gain in another, so what have you really accomplished?

Chip, I hear you, I may have gotten carried away. I guess I was throwing everything but the kitchen sink at it. I took 6 months off from lifting and put on some BF, now that I am back at it hard and consistent the BF is really bugging me bad. I can see the muscle beneath the fat and it is screaming to get to the surface. I was starting to get flashbacks of my last DNP cycle and was starting to get second thoughts anyhow, it wasnt pleasant.

I started my keto diet this morning, What I will do is run that for a while I have always had excellent success with it. I know I am good for 10 pounds in the first week and then a pound a day after wards. I'll do some low dose t3 along the way and call it done.

I would love to do the cardio thing, I bought the wife a treadmill for XMAS (she asked for it) I made sure it would support a 300 plus pound man, hoping that I could use it. The probvlem is that I get shin splints when I run, even just walking after a few days it seems to start hurting, maybe I'll check out a sports doc.

Chip thanks for the reality check

I just miss my old body :)
