Okay guys, I am going to start cutting in the AM, no juice involved.
I will be doing a ketogenic diet under 20 grams per day of carbs. 3 days of Carb depletion then I will add DNP to the mix. I am expecting some T3 this week and will add that in also at a low dose, soemwhere around 50-75 mcg I think. I plan to go with the DNP for the duration of the keto diet. Right now I am thinking about 10-15 days. I dont want to go to long becuase I dont want to loose too much strength. I figure after the cutting I will start a cycle of test and EQ for 4 or 6 months.
I've run DNP before and am comfortable with it. I have never run it and worked out at the same time. I am thinking that i will probably be very fatiged from both the lack of carbs and from the DNP. I will try some Ripped fuel to help with the energy levels but I dont know if that is going to help enough, I am concerned about being able work out during the cycle so that I dont loose my hard earned strength. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what to expect and then how to deal with the loss of energy as it pertains to working out.
