Old But Not Obsolete

At 58, I'm trying to battle the "old lady bod." I would like to be in a group discussing Semaglutide vs. Tirzepatide, trusted sellers that are the most affordable, and how to actually contact those sellers. It seems very complicated/covert. I've been on Tirz since March, but have had an odd experience. My SIL gave me my first dose. She was new to it and confused about how much water she had added, so to be fair, the dose could've been anywhere between 2 and 4 mg. But bam, the next morning I didn't want to eat, just like that! It wasn't a stomach ache that hurts, but it was a "presence" of sorts that stayed with me 10-11 days. I thought I was going to miss eating too much for this to work, but after a day or so, I was thrilled with my freedom to eat or not eat, not watch the clock for my nightly binge and not get depressed when my allotment was gone. My belly got smaller immediately and I could button my pants again. Fast forward, I have my own vials, I'm giving myself 2.5 mg, and I'm getting nothing. Maybe a teeny headache or an afternoon nap a couple of times, and then they were gone as well. I went to 3, then 4, and now 5mg the last few weeks. I've exhausted all the "maybes" along the way, like bad vial, bad batch, not injecting it properly or in the best place, etc. So 5 does nothing, and the thing is, I'm scared to go up to 7.5. What if 7.5 does nothing? What's the end game? I'm not rich, either, so of course that's a concern as well. I'm sorry this is so long, I duck-dodge neighbors because I'm such an introvert, but I love writing and get carried away. I've been wanting to ask if anyone else just went from 100 to zero so quickly, because my SIL and her husband are STILL losing/maintaining at 2.5! And yes, we're buying from the same company. I'm downright starving lately, so even my short-lived "habit" of eating less is gone, and my belly is back. I'm just worried about the climb to the bigger doses, and what will happen when 15mg no longer worries and my electricity has been shut off! If anyone is still there, thank you, and please tell me how to get with people who are discussing their peptide stories.
