Old man on TRT

38y, so yeah, pretty old.

I have been on TRT since April 2025, and I will be posting frequent lab works about my progress in the 'Serum Blood Testing' subforum where I already opened a topic about it (my apologies for not writing this intro post first, so here it is).

My plan is to stay on TRT for as long as possible and really try not abusing anything in the process. I already added 70mg primo to my 140mg/week test E this week (2:1 ratio), so at the moment this no longer qualifies as TRT, I know :) I'll see if that will also help lower my E2, and if not, I'll just go back to TRT and add a minimal AI.j

I am 100kg (220pounds), and 195cm (just under 6'5) with about 15-16% body fat. I will also make sure to include that info in my post with my lab works.

Thank you, and I hope my constant lab work uploads will help someone else's journey as well.

Kindest Regards,
adomlinif

Sup.

You're right, 70 primo isn't really TRT, and at such a low dose of T, kind of an odd choice to add just to lower estradiol a bit, tbh. It might, it might not.
Let us know how it goes.

Thank you, and you are right, maybe it is a bit odd. I will definitely upload new labs to my thread that I had already started. And my plan is to keep that thread updated constantly. And I apologize again for not doing the introduction here first.

Having said that, perhaps at this point (after admitting that I made a mistake and apologized), Ateam2023's reply in my topic in the 'Serum Blood Testing' subforum is simply hijacking my thread for maybe no reason now. It is about blood testing (even though it does have an introductory feeling, but the information is crucial when looking at blood work — I'm talking about age/weight/height/body fat%), and I included multiple results from the last 5 months, including a nice table which took me an hour to format and fill correctly.

Could somebody please help me remove his reply, which starts out by saying "Wrong thread"? Or, dear Ateam2023, would you be so kind as to remove it yourself, so it can perhaps become a useful topic one day? I will take good care of it, and try to provide constant updates. Unfortunately, I cannot DM you yet.

Thank you kindly,
adomlinif

Meso's not really that kinda place, no one's gonna delete stuff unless its egregious, especially not just by polite request. Just gotta roll with the punches, bruh.

Welcome to the jungle.

Haha, thanks & fair enough, I see how it is - no cleanup crew in this jungle. Guess I’ll let the 'Wrong thread' graffiti stay on my wall and just tag over it with more blood(work). ;)
