Hi all,
Been reading the community for a few years now. I recently joined so that I can participate.
Am 42 years old, good health, NOT a body-builder or serious athlete.
I train 3-4 days a week when my schedule allows. I'm not looking to get HUGE nor will I pretend to be as dedicated to training as many of you here are.
But.... I have always been a comparitavely "small" guy. Am 5'7" tall and most of my life, including time in the US Army, I have weighed 140-155 lbs. (now about 160)
Now that I've passed 40, the normal things are happening regardless of my training and eating.... more bf, less strength, energy etc. My doc tested for low T, but the range of acceptable T is huge, so you really have to be LOW to get T therapy ( from what he tells me).
I was looking to do a few cylcles with D-bol and T to see how it effects me. I want to do this to have an edge and for my own physical appearance, stregth and even some vanity etc.
I hope you guys don't rip me apart for wanting to start so late in life. I know I am not a life long hard training builder, but I hope that doesn't make me not a canidate to learn and maybe get better results or gains.
Any starting advice?
