I feel great now .. I feel very little weight on my back and all on my legs .. I was working with 205 just to get form down and that WAS heavy for me at the time .. I now have form down and i'm up to 245 for 5 reps on last set. I can probably get a little more weight but i felt good and being last set,i let it go at that ... tomorrow is deadlift and back .. I felt great all day in work just knowing i can now concentrate on my workout and not worry about my form ... One messed up workout can ruin my whole day .. you know what i mean? .. Sometimes i get different workouts in my head and think about switching workouts. If i don't set a workout in my head before i go to teh gym or thing too much about what i could switch,it will mess up my motivation. .. I am staying with 5 sets and 5 reps per movement ( Yeah movement not exercise lol) but i might not be able to hit a muscle as many times per week as the 5X5 says .. i will try but it's been working good so far .. when i get bigger i may need to add more but for now i think i'll be fine .. thanks Animal

i just went back to squatting after 5 months and i can't get the dam foot stance back on these...when it's around a shoulder width stance i can't go past 90degrees.... dam injuries.........

i did them again today with the same weight but some more reps and was intense .. I could have increased the weight but didn't know until i was in the last set so i stayed with it .. i will increase next time ... i want to do them every other day and deadlifts in between .. deadlifts tomorrow,i feel great

Are you simply rehabbing? Squats one day followed by deads the next, and then repeated over and over, sounds like too much. But if the weights you mention are much less than normal and based on recovery from an injury. Then perhaps this is ok.

I am going heavy and it's too much when i can't do it anymore .. then i will take a week off and grow even more .. If my strength is going up,i can't be overtraining . I don't do a crazy amount of exercies in the gym like alot of guys i see there. I can get everything done in 30min .. I am now trying to get at least 2 nights (after work) in the gym as well as the mornings.
