Any tips on getting into Olympic lifting?
Currently still getting well from the last injuries I got, and I don't want to hurt myself.
I like bodybuilding and want to keep that my focus but cleans and clean n' presses look cool, and I think I could benefit from them in a way.
I know I probably have to find a good coach/gym at first.
