Haha yeah. No exciting lab updates. I've got some really bad lower back pain going on. Seems to be both muscular and my spine. I get deep tissue massages whenever I find time but has anyone had any experience getting their spine realigned at a chiropractor?I'm still waiting on further results to come in before I take a leap of faith.
Thread had slightly died though aye?
Every week bro for the past 5 years. Make sure you find a chiropractor who's a Palmer graduate. Look into their techniques. If they just adjust the spot that hurts, or don't read your body with some sort of reflexology just say thanks and walk away. The body needs to be adjusted as a whole system to allow it to heal itself. Your back pain could be released by adjusting the base of the skull or even your ankle. It's wild what a truly skilled chiropractor can do.Haha yeah. No exciting lab updates. I've got some really bad lower back pain going on. Seems to be both muscular and my spine. Best thing I've ever done "do" is go to the chiropractor. Try to go right after a deep tissue massage. Find one that specializes or has experience with athletes or gym rats.Haha yeah. Definitely going to get some recommendations. Maybe a PT at the gym will have a good one for me. Thanks man!Been using chiros for close to 20 years, although it might be a year or 2 between visits if I'm not jacking myself up.. I use them mostly for neck and back issues, but have also used them for knees and shoulders.
@Evom1 is on point, make sure you go to a good one, I've also had them fuck me up, just going to the closest one, or whatever, so that you have to keep coming back..
It insane how you can feel like shit for so long, and how much better they'll have you feeling in just a couple of visits..
sounds kinkyYou need a "ring dinger" YouTube it!
Lol YouTube it and check it outsounds kinky
For muscle and joint pain I use Thermaflex. Yes it's technically for horses but it does wonders.
