Omega Pharma intro; Steroids & Pharma Ancilliaries

Just out of curiosity, when do you prefer to pin hgh? Any regard to timing it away from carbs?
It depends, if im bulking I like pinning the majority of my growth first thing in the morning around 5:30 when I wake up ... I usually workout around 8-8:30 , so I stay fasted until about 30minutes pre-workout , then pin my slin 15 pre .... my thought process is to have growth and slin both peaking during my workout ... I dont know if the timing is a huge factor when bulking as opposed to just having it in your system, but I just like doing that way ...

if im cutting I just split it up into equal parts parts thoughout the day and make sure im fasted for morning cardio , but I do feel like that is pretty important to optimize fat loss..

, but I know pros arent coming down and cruising on a couple hundred mgs of test
I disagree with this. Maybe not all of them are, but some for sure.
Not an ifbb pro, but look at what matt Porter has been able to do on a low dose of test and gh.

Not to discredit the fact that his physique was built on big doses of drugs. But to say one is going to make major backslides by lowering doses just isn't always the case.

Right on, same sort of protocol I go by. With bulking I just think early morning is best but definitely split up for cutting

Yeah I dont disagree that some of these guys come off or take time to get healthy , but I honestly think that its very minimal in comparison to the time on and the type of dosages that they're running ... but that being said these guys have already built these physiques , and I honestly dont think (with the exception of the very top genetic elite) that these guys built that size and development blasting on moderate doses and cruising on trt doses .. sure once they've built a 250lb lean physique do they have more leeway to take time off , get healthy , then jump back on and pick up where they left off , of course .

And the other point is these guys arent all getting ready for one big show a year that they could even take time off.. outside of the top hand full of gyys at the "O" most competitor's are competing at 5-6-7 shows a year . Logistically just to hit all those shows and have a productive off-season there's no way they are coming off for any reasonable amount of time ?

So I do agree with you that you're not gonna loss a ton progress by coming off once youve built it , but if the question is what it takes to built it in the first place ? Id say for 99% of people it takes some pretty risky drug use imo . Also , like I said im honestly not advocating any of this for the casual PED user . Im specifically speaking about bodybuilding , and anyone getting into this should do so knowing bodybuilding is inherently not a healthy sport lol (as if it werent obvious) . Not just the drugs but the entire lifestyle in general ...

Does anyone else struggle with waiting to start a cycle? I was perfectly fine with waiting the time on=time off and for whatever reason I woke up and really wrestled with the idea of coming back on after only 6wks off.

I will be waiting, just a brief moment of weakness. I just want to see if other people have this issue or is it my junkie past sneaking up on me.
I think a lot do....I went on two weeks early and six weeks early...I have pm's from when we had wkm that told me dont u ever do it but I been on blast last six months...

Well I'm a fuckin idiot and I did it. Definetly atleast 6weeks early. 1 pin 50mg npp 50mg test prop. Where do I go from here? Stop, keep going, go vegan?

Like 2 hours after I said I wasn't i just said fuck it I'll be fine. I read something that even 1 shot of nandrolone will shut you down.

i think there's many fellas on here who have done or are doing the same thing. Been there myself.

The body needs a break, brother.
Just don't push it too far, we like having you around here. :D

Do we really have to take off the same amount of time we were on? I've heard people say you can take half the time off that you were on.

There's nothing really written in stone about that.. It's just a guideline in an attempt to make sure everything has rebounded, and you're safe to go again.

The only legit way to do it is to get bloods and see where you're at and if you're gtg for your next run..

If you don't want to do bloods then time off =time on +pct..

Guys, allowing your body to return to homeostasis is very important...think long term guys. Idc what anybody says or disagrees, Im living proof as to why it is important and how running back to back cycles etc in my early 20s caused me a few "issues" ill say....

You see multiple threads on here every week with guys asking for help in fixing the problems they caused by not doing proper pct and recovery when they were young....
