When the box doesn't fit in your po box/mailbox or for some reason let's say they can't get to your mailbox they'll leave a note saying they're going to reschedule it or it's available for pickup. Lots of reasons. Or when usps is lazy fucks and get too busy they just do that since they're behind

Pack received. Fast TA and great communication. I have not seen this brand of anastrozole outside of pics, so I can't comment on the packaging of container and it's authenticity. Nor obviously the contents without bloods.

1 problem I saw... like @wedorecover that shit was shaking around a lot, if I order again, I would ask omega to pop the seal and stuff some cotton in or just put it in a bag for me. Not even worth the risk.

Ahhhhh. I wasn't thinking. I'm used to my mailbox and front door step. Wasn't thinking about those big mass mailboxes in apartment complexes and whatnot. I think your last reason is probably more correct since he never got a note. Thanks, @OmegaPharma for clarifying.
