OMG Help!!! Lol

So after getting all my gear and talking so some more vets etc. I decided to ditch the Dbol and Tren and start by doing a Test E cycle first. One of the board vets recommended to run each separate so I could learn what each felt like and what PIP belong to what substance especially the Tren E. Anyways, Im on the 2nd week of doing 650mg of test E spread evenly on Mon/Wed/Fri and let me tell you, I cannot stop eating. I have never ever felt as hungry as I have on this, not even while running week long missions in Iraq. Is that normal? and if so what are the best foods for it. Id like to hear from northernnutrition if possible and everyone else. Now, please don't bash me, I do have dieting knowledge I just like to hear from everyone's experience so don't call me a dumbass for asking about diet lol. I have Arimidex on hand from my doc and I have beginning bloods and will post follow up bloods when he does them again in about 3 weeks and then I'll know if I got good gear but thats a post for another thread anyways. I cannot stop eating and my sex drive though the roof. All I wanna do is Eat, fuck, sleep and repeat. Too bad my wife isn't attracted to me anymore. I used to run away from it and not be able to keep up with her drive but now that we could be having a fuck fest and a half and more she isn't interested please help!!!! :)

Wonder if you have EQ instead of test. That supposedly makes people really hungry. Do you ever remember being that hunger before?....around 18-25 years of age?
 
Stats and goals.
Went to doc today 5-7 235 and Im guessing 20-22 %BF. Part of the reason I also decided to just do test is because one of the vets recommended to bring my bf down a little before doing anything but Im already on TRT so I just decided to do test.

Well, could be but I was already on TRT and I guess my TRT is Test C and I ordered Test E prob not a big deal but I've never been this hungry, energetic, sex drive through the roof so if its placebo effect then I am a nutcase I guess lol. We'll see when I get bloods.
 
100%. But its not such a bad thing depending on your goals. Tons of info on diets, plus OGH's thread on food has many ideas and options to help configure the right diet for you.

I also second Voltrader's question...stats?
Already posted them. Actually, you are the one who recommended to bring down my bf first Northern, thats why I decided to do it this way. Goal is to improve body composition which I dont consider mine that bad but I know what it could be from my younger days lol.
 
Sorry i missed your stat info.

And yes i certainly did recommend you reduce your BF. Did you determine your TDEE? If so, its relatively simple to develop a diet customized for you and your intended goals using any one of the hundred online macro counters. (Fitday..ect)

Ok not sure what that is but Im very willing to educate myself as I always have
 
TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure.

Rather than me explain it out for you i feel its better for you to do a quick Google on it to further educate yourself. When you figure yours out, come on back when you have a diet configured including macros and then we can take a look at it and perhaps tweak it with you.
 
myfitnesspal.com will help you see if you are really eating all that much. Until you bust into the 4000's kcal you are just eating a normal bulk.
 
750 TT on 650mg/wk? How far into cycle and how many hours post pin was blood drawn?
2 weeks, last pin was Wed night. Went in for my TRT appointment and asked for bloods before my shot. I have to do a little figuring out, I had been on TRT for 2 months. Started at a very low 56 and my TRT shot is 160 mg a week and it went up to 360 the week before I added my gear and today it was 750.
