Hey everyone.
So, I'll start a cycle pretty soon, and i'd like to have everything lined up, hope you can help me out.
The routine I have in mind would be:
Monday:
5x5 Bench Press
5x5 Squat
5x5 Chin-ups
1x5 Deadlift
Tuesday:
8x3 Hammer Curls
8x3 Triceps Pushdown
8x3 Lateral Raise
Wednesday:
5x5 Bench Press
5x5 Squat
5x5 Cable Row
1x5 Deadlift
Thursday:
8x3 Hammer Curls
8x3 Triceps Pushdown
8x3 Lateral Raise
Friday:
5x5 Bench Press
5x5 Squat
5x5 T-bar Row
1x5 Deadlift
It's pretty much the 5x5 routine with a little tweak. Is it too much or is it ok?
