How much selenium do you take daily?

Thats a good question. I personally do not take selenium at the moment. You might want to double check the selenium and test correlation. I heard somewhere it might boost test but could be totally wrong. I did get some extra selenium in some other supplements I was taking and did notice an effect. Could be the combination of zinc and selenium or zinc and copper (both zinc and copper need to be taken together for the full effects). Selenium still acts as a anti-oxidant as does vitamin A, E co-enzyme q-10 and some others so it wouldn't be all that of a bad idea to add that in there.
Sorry couldnt help you with an exact dose buddy Im sure someone else can.

Thanks for the response...
I was just looking at it from the anti-cancer effects standpoint. I never heard of Selenium so I looked it up. I'm really paranoid when it comes to cancer because both of my grandparents (mothers side) died from cancer and my mother had stage 3 breast cancer a couple years ago...

(Sorry @bambam333 , didn't mean to hijack)

Fish oil. ..blood thinning, inflammation, cholesterol. B6 is a must..I use P-5-P as it assimilates better. Tudca is very beneficial with orals as the 17a methyl group burns up the enzymes needed to break down bile in the liver. Tudca essentially aids in the excess bile breakdown. Or you could get research chem UDCA is a tad stronger. I use 3 grams D-aspartic to increase leydig stimulation in the nuts. ..keep the swimmers alive or at least that's the idea. I also like Ostarine while on cycle to increase receptor viability. I started using laxogenin and Arimistane and find it enhances my recovery times and minimizes estrogen. If you get Myovite packs from Myogenix the mineral and vitamin Content is sufficient at 2 packs a day. I use grape seed and astragalus with ubiquinol..for anti oxidant and nutrient support..all of these things can be purchased on Amazon for next to nothing. .hit me up man..I'm in this industry and here to help my brothers.

Except perhaps for the vitamin D, and a few other compounds for SELECT conditions, "supplements" are an absolute WASTE OF MONEY with very little, if any, evidence to support their use!

What has been proven to "work" is a good diet!

Finally some common sense. You know its said that Americans have the most exspensive urine with all the useless supplements they take.
