On DNP, so AAS is the "natural" next step. Lol

Awesome. I want to do things right, I will def take Arimidex as well. When I say cheap, I mean as cheap as possible while doing things right. I know this stuff doesn't come cheap, but I just want to get oriented in the right direction. It seems like Dbol would prob be cheaper since it's more popular, but I would honestly rather do injectables, to lower liver toxicity. I want to run a low dose cycle with Test as a base, or maybe just test and an AI. I will def do an AI.
Bro, from personal experience - the fat has to go before you jump into AAS. Like you, I was heavy and the AAS made my BP shoot up to 166/110. My muscle gain was great, but my fat ass couldn't eat clean and I plateaued. Then my BP went, then my cholesterol got jacked up. Keep at it with the clean eating and the exercise and go natty to burn the fat. I forget - what's your BF?

Ugh. It's not what I want to hear, but probably what I need to hear. I might do that. Don't the AAS help with the macro allocation though, which may help gain muscle and lose fat on a cut? The blood pressure and cholesterol stuff is a concern though. My BF is around 25%. Haven't done it with a caliper. It's what my scale tells me.

Hell yeah, you're past what seems to be the hardest part for many. Now you're going to start having fun ;)
I'm sure ready to start having fun after all this time being trapped in a prison of fat of my own making. I'm so close. After losing 90lbs, losing 40 more doesn't sound that challenging.

Honestly, the last 40 will be harder than the first 90... However, you know what to do and how to do it. Keep up the good work.

Yeah, I know. everyone has told me that. I'm more patient now though, since I look somewhat like a normal human being, I don't feel the desperate need to lose weight fast anymore. Just to keep it off.

I could be mistaken, but my thought is: diet, diet, diet. AAS are notorious for causing elevated BP, so do it at your own risk. Try to get the BF down to 20% and keep that diet in check. In my case, the muscle gain didn't "burn" the fat like everyone said it would.

I started my first cycle at about 14% body fat. I'm no expert but from what I've read cycling at a high body fat complicates things a lot more. I've heard it's worse on your bp and makes you more prone to gyno at a higher body fat %. Just do your research before deciding what to do. And congrats on all your progress I know you have to be dedicated to get results like that.

Fortunately, my fat ass (at the time) didn't get gyno! But the BP, HDL and LDL got screwed up BAD.

I'm one of the lucky few bro. I dont gain much fat and can eat pretty much anything I want. I stay active and have a good metabolism. I feel for all the guys that have to keep a check on their diet. All I have to do is make sure I get a shitload of protein and pretty much all my gains are lean mass.

If you're going to do AAS, keep it at just one or two compounds at the most... do a lower dosage. Keeping your estrogen in check is the most important thing, aside from getting bloods done.

I'm thinking of Test Cyp 500mg week and an AI. What would be a good PCT for that?

What is your workout routine looking like? You're saying you want to build muscle but all you've talked about is cardio and fat loss. I'm not trying to diss you in any way, props for all you accomplished. Do you lift regularly? You need to build up a base before you start aas for muscle growth or you'll just be wasting money on What you could achieve naturally in a few months.

Ok bro just making sure, you didnt talk much about lifting. I would try to cut down a little more before getting on aas though. I dont know a lot about how body fat effects a cycle so I'm going to let other more experienced people give you advice on that. I would just be paranoid about gyno at 25%. Hell I'm paranoid about gyno at 14% now. Just be careful bro.

Thanks for the advice and concern. I will research it much further. Nothing is worth getting gyno. If I ever do it, I will def be on arimidex.

Make sure you get legit Arimidex and pct for your cycle. Pharmaceutical grade. Its easy to find. It costs more but you'll have the peace of mind knowing that it isn't underdosed or bunk.

That might be ok. A lot of people like pcom. I'm not a fan though. I think they're overrated. A lot of people use them with good results though.
