On gear not working out...

I have spoken with a few people lately that have used gear for several cycles and worked out dilegently during that time to achieve their goals. They put a lot of time and effort into their training not to mention a lot of financial resources.

These same individuals have then just stopped working out. A couple due to work, several due to other reasons. But they stopped for several weeks.

Is this common? I would think that the dedication would not stop aat this point but would continue for some time. Everyone gets burnout in their hobbies but to spend that much time and cash on it then just stop?

Several were on gear and then stopped working out in the middle of the cycle.. but kept taking the gear...

Just curious what yall thought.

waste of gear to do that! i believe working out and health and balancing a life is a lifestyle ... a lifestyle not everyone can handle though.

These are usually the type of people who will not and in their minds cannot work out unless they are on the juice....I see it all the time, bros will swell up and then you dont see them for a couple of months....when you do see them again, they have lost everything they gained....as far as juicing and not lifting goes, it is okay if you are only taking a couple of weeks off, this will allow you to avoid losing any gains....however, taking more than 2 weeks off is a total waste of time and gear.

Quite honestly, this applies to 95% of the gear users I've ever known. As such, it probably applies to 95% of this board. Pretty scary, isn't it?

Massive1000 is right there like dude,
Theres nothing more frustrating than explaining to someone in the gym that simply taking which ever steroid they decide will make tem in to a 22" arm ripped model ! lol
guys who think there gonna look like that just because of this are under the same misconseption as a very high % of people - working out very hard is essental as is eating a protein diet and the right amount of carbs finding the right diet for you is a must! the steroids we take is the less important thing once it done i forget about it and sweat blood and eat good! ...
Anyone who dont is waisting there money and time to look full of water for a few months an back to there normal skinny boy chest .. where they belong in the land of "misconseptionsville"!!
