First let's establish what is an ai. AI comes from (aromatase inhibitors) what they do is that it blocks the aromatase enzyme preventing it from converting Testosterone into Estrogen. Now people aromatase different, some get high estrogen from 300mg of test a week some don't, AI is not something that you should start taking just as a prevention but rather if you only needed, like when your bloods show high levels of estrogen and your nipples get's puffy. Most people start their first cycle with testosterone only, and they start at 250mg a week then gradually increase the dosage, that means you don't start taking AI from the beginning but when you start getting high estrogen side effects, that usually happens when you go over 300mg a week. Now what is not good about AI is that it cross the blood-brain barrier allowing them to affect brain estrogen levels which can lead to cognitive side effects like memory issues and depression, so what we do in order to avoid using AI is that we use steroids that have the ability to lower estrogen like Boldenone and Masteron, Boldenone is the preferred one in this situation. So you would rather go with 500mg test a week and 300mg boldenone then 500mg test a week and 0.5mg Armidex every 3 days.
