Good damn job!At 50 and suffering numerous injuries requiring surgery I started doing legs one day a week and upper body one day a week with no more than 12 total work sets...at the time I was benching around 340-350...i continued to at least hold onto strength and size....I am now 60... I am considering doing chest and triceps once a week and back and biceps once a week plus a leg day...I recently benched 319 at a USPA meet weighing 220....
