Once or Twice?

My next cycle is going to be:
500mg Test Eth/wk
400mg EQ/wk
50mg Dbol/day Weeks 1-4

Should I take the TestEth/EQ all in one day or should I split it up into 2 times a week..if 2x week, what days and in what amounts
And is a 4 week on/4 week off cycle better than an 8 week on/8 week off cycle? Thanks Alot

Split them up...monday and thursday...10-14 weeks should suffice.
