one are way bigger then the other

Hello everyone
for some reason my right arm is a lot bigger then my left arm almost an inch bigger I do a lot of isolation workouts I get the full squeeze in both the arms and the same amount of reps/ stretch but my right is a lot bigger I was hoping someone can give me tips so I can even them out

Do you do a lot of barbell curls? If one arm is stronger than the other, it is likely compensating for weight with barbells. Start isolating your arms workouts with dumbells and focus on strict form. It'll take some time, but they should even out.

Its not uncommon at all. My left bi is 3/4 inch smaller than right, but looks more defined. Im sure even top level pros have a half inch or more difference. Db curl, one hand on curl machines should help. My problem is vascularity difference in the arms, nothing you can really do about that.

I get a better contraction with my right bicep compared to my left... I wouldne't worry too much.. Just do extra reps with the weaker muscle.

Start with your left arm from now on. Every set, every exercise, left first. Also make sure on your form with each arm, strict form. Sometimes people will use proper form with their dominant hand which will naturally be stronger anyway. Not just the arm, but the hand which grips pencils, bottles, etc.

^^ what he said is pretty accurate, tho it is possible that your insertion is not equal on both which is common also
