So I can do dumbell bench comfortably with 2 hands but when using only one hand and one dumbell to bench it, it is significantly harder to do it with me right arm than my left arm. It’s not because my arm is weak but I have a lot of trouble balancing from the right side. Is there a reason for this ? Is there a muscle imbalance I need to adress or workouts to fix this? For example I can rep out with my left arm and stay balanced but with my right arm I am wobbling and feel very loose and can’t seem to stay as balanced. Is this an oblique / hip issue ?
